- Headed the completion of Bayat Power Plant (IPP) commercial project including two Km HESCO barrier wall and fence chain around the power plant, building four residential building for staff, SGT-A45 complete foundation, four warehouse, 20 Km road for the power plant, 6 equipt guard tower inside the power plant and built a telecom tower for AWCC inside the power plant.
- Coached and monitored a team of 300 crew members in the field, resulting in greater productivity and efficiency.
- Effectively negotiated contracts to create a mutually beneficial agreement, saving $200K in construction costs.
- Reduced budget s from 10-20% by integrating energy-efficient products and alternative building materials.
